About The Mechanical Engineering Department

The Mechanical Engineering Department at Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur, established in 1962, is one of the oldest and most prestigious departments. With a strong foundation in design, thermal engineering, manufacturing, and computational mechanics, the department offers B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D. programs, blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. Equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories, advanced research facilities, and experienced faculty, the department actively engages in cutting-edge research and industry collaborations. About MMMUT Gorakhpur

Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur, established in 2013 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, evolved from the renowned Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College, founded in 1962. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in engineering, management, computer applications, and pharmacy, fostering academic excellence through cutting-edge research and distinguished faculty. Accepted and presented papers by duly registered authors will be considered for publication in SCI/SCIE/ESCI & Scopus-indexed journals, proceedings, or book chapters with publishers like Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, Sage, AIP, and CRC (approval pending)1. Author Guidelines

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The ICADMSES 2026 is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. The following outlines our policies on publication ethics and measures to address malpractice.

  1. Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must submit original work and appropriately cite or reference others' work. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in rejection or retraction.
  2. Authorship: All listed authors must have made significant contributions and agree to the submission. Non-contributors should not be listed.
  3. Data Integrity: Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of data. Fabrication or falsification is serious misconduct.
  4. Submit papers in English via the online submission portal only.
  5. Ensure plagiarism similarity index should be below 10% and NO AI content.
  6. Multiple Submissions: Submitting the same manuscript to multiple conferences or publications simultaneously is prohibited.
  7. At least one author must register and present accepted papers.
  8. Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities of Editors and Reviewers

  1. Fair Review: Editors and reviewers must evaluate submissions objectively, based on merit, without bias.
  2. Confidentiality: Manuscripts are confidential. Reviewers and editors must not disclose or use unpublished material.
  3. Timeliness: Editors and reviewers should provide constructive feedback promptly.
